    Services still are not activated.
Should I remove the install directory and install a fresh copy of BoldGrid.
I have a Premium support plan.

Hi George, thank you for using our WordPress backup plugin Total Upkeep!

There are two things required in order to unlock the Premium features in Total Upkeep, a Connect key with the Premium license attached to it as well as the Total Upkeep Premium extension plugin.

If you have already configured your Connect key but have not installed the Premium extension plugin then that could explain why the features are not working as expected. You can download the Total Upkeep Premium extension plugin through your BoldGrid Central dashboard in the Plugins section. Once you have the plugin downloaded use the Plugins > Add New interface in your WordPress dashboard to upload that plugin to your website and activate it.

Hopefully that allows you to get the Premium features working as expected and please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help!

I have the connect key installed and it says that I am running Premium. I also have the add on for the software which i have installed many times to no avail.
    it still says unlock premium.

    something is missing.

    Hi David-

Thanks for the reply. I did a little digging using the email address and website you listed privately in your question, and as near as I can tell you’re using a Free Connect Key.

You should have a Premium Connect Key included with your DreamHost account, but it doesn’t seem to be in use on your website or associated with the email address you listed here.

Is there another email address that you used to sign up for your DreamHost account? If so, you should log into your BoldGrid Central Account using that email address, where you’ll find your Premium Connect Key. You may need to reset your password if you’ve never logged in before.

If you’re still having trouble locating it, I recommend getting in touch with our Premium Support Team, which you can do directly through your WordPress Dashboard, using the BoldGrid Feedback widget on the main Dashboard page.
