I just now purchased the Pro version for 1 year before I realized that my installation with WordPress won’t support your plugin. If I’m mistaken, please let me know, but “Not Supported” is what I see when I got to your plugin on WordPress.

I’m subscribing to the Business tier on WordPress.com.

Will you please issue a refund for my purchase?

I think you misunderstood me. I cannot install it, therefore, I have no way to reach out to you through WordPress, and I cannot find a way to contact your support team any other way than this through your website. Please have someone from your customer support team contact me about a refund for the license I cannot use.

    Hi Sandra-

Thanks for the update. Since this is a public forum, we’re not able to process refund requests here.

Since you’re not able to use the Dashboard option, please contact the billing support team using their dedicated contact form.
