I’m sorry to see that you are experiencing an issue with the premade blocks and the images you are adding not displaying properly on your website. I tested the Monument theme by adding a premade block to a page. I then modified some images in the block and reviewed the changes in a private browsing session. The images appear to be loading properly using the latest version of the theme, BoldGrid, and WordPress. I recommend making a backup of your website and then updating WordPress, plugins, and themes if they are available. Otherwise, please provide us with some additional details to assist you more. Here’s what information we would need:

    Domain (URL for your website)
Version of BoldGrid (and all BoldGrid plugins)
    Version of WordPress
    Version of Monument Theme
Replication details: any steps you have taken that I did not take in my testing will help us to replicate what you are experiencing.

I look forward to your response to assist you with getting your images to appear properly.

    Sincerely,
    Carlos D

Hi , After struggling with this issue, to troubleshoot, I’ve started a brand new installation of WP 5.6
and used BoldGrid as wrapper editor,
I’ve use Crio Theme, just as is, without any modifications, and got problems with uploading media images, which are now all show cryptic graylines ,
these issues, are duplicated in all my websites , same problem.
    any idea?

    Hi Timy-

I checked out the site you linked, and I did see some images just like you described, especially one on the “Contact” page.

I have to say I’ve never seen an issue quite like this before, and on my testing installations with the Crio theme I’m not getting the same behavior.

One thing to check might be your server’s media handling information. Navigate to Tools > Site Health and switch over to the Info tab. Expand the Media Handling section, and paste that in a reply here.
