    We purchased the W3 Total Cache Pro License, Single Installation, on 6/9. License key: -redacted-
    It kept crashing our website every time we tried to use it.

    We wasted a lot of time trying to restore from a backup because of this.

    We want to cancel our subscription and get our money refunded.

    Marko,

    I reached out because we can not do what you asked. You asked us to contact you via the plugin. However, every time we activate the plugin, it crashes the site.

    There have to be better ways to communicate than using the plugin that crashes the site every time. I would appreciate someone contacting me directly via email or call. Thank you,
