    I purchased Total Upkeep Premium on 09/04/2020 Order # BG-5F099A58. My account shows no record of this, I can’t download and install it. I have no connect key on my invoice. Your site endlessly returns me to the purchase screen. I can’t get the SFTP to work at WP Engine. Total Upkeep says the User name and password are not valid. Will this plug-in work with WP Engine? I need some help here!

    Hi Robert-

    It looks like you made your purchase using a different email address than the one you’re using to log into your account. Try using your c********y@live.com address instead to be able to access your premium features and premium support.

    Total Upkeep Premium should be compatible with any SFTP host, including WPEngine. One thing I did notice from their support documentation is that they use a fairly non-standard hostname, yourdomain.sftp.wpengine.com.

    If you’re already using that hostname, can you follow the instructions in the following video to enable FTP connection logging, so we can take a closer look?

    I purchased Total Upkeep Premium (Order: BG-5F099A58 ) on 9/04/2020.

    I received NO Connect Key, I can’t download the updated plug-in. My account doesn’t show the purchase. The plug-in on my site says it’s premium but doesn’t work. I can’t seem to get your attention. What’s happening? 2nd attempt…
