Not Receiving Confirmation Email

2 Stage issue.

I would like access to premium support. I have apparently received a premium subscription as a Dreamhost customer. Your site says ask for your key from the host. Dreamhost says they can’t access it and to get it from you.
I am trying to set up login. I don’t receive the confirmation email. Tried repeatedly.

Hi Archie-

I’m very sorry to hear about the frustration. First, make sure to check your Spam folder just in case your account setup email got caught in there.

You can also submit a premium support request from your WordPress Dashboard, using the BoldGrid Feedback widget on your main wp-admin page:
