I’m sorry to hear about the frustration resetting your password. Here’s a resource you can use that has 5 different ways to reset your password.

I’ve tested the reset form on a few different sites, and I can’t replicate the issue you’re seeing. If you’d like to help us troubleshoot, can you take a look at your browser console and watch for any errors while you’re resetting your password? I’d also like to point out that if you’re experiencing this issue on BoldGrid Cloud WordPress, email is disabled for those sites for security reasons. Instead, you can log in directly from your BoldGrid Central account.
