We just installed the W3 total cache plugin on our website. We already improved our website performance (load speed etc.) and it is working fast for guest users. However as soon as people are logged in with their woocommerce account the load time of our website dramatically decreases. So it seems like that the user account data from woocommerce (account info, name, address, avatar) is the issue. We would like to know what we can do in order to make our website fast also when users are constantly logged in. What can Total cache provides us like settings in order to realise this woocommerce account data issue?
The account data should kept real time (due to account credit values) but we also know that maybe caching account user data might not be a good solution? however we would like your support in order to solve this issue with our website performance for logged in users. And if so, what are the specific configurations that we need to install in this plugin?
Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
We’ve received your email and I’ve replied with a detailed explanation about the potential issues you may be facing when caching the pages for logged-in users.
Please continue the correspondence there if you have any other questions so we can avoid duplicating the answers.
