    Hello,

Sorry to hear that the Post and Page Builder is not working as expected on your website, I’ll need a little more information to help troubleshoot.

What plugins do you have active on your site?
What tasks specifically are you unable to do at this time?
Are all your themes, plugins, and WordPress itself up to date?

    Please let us know.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Hi Nicole,

All the boldgrid plugins were working last week.

When I go to edit my website and click on update it goes to a blank screen and does not update.

I have deactivated plugins and activated one by one to deternine which ones is not working.

When I activate the post and build plugin, it does not work.

Thank you for the additional information, I talked to our development team and the issue appears to be with the hosting servers, not anything specific to your WordPress install. We are working diligently to get this issue resolved and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The work-around we recommend at this time is to use the default WordPress editor, you can follow this guide to change the editor being used on each page / post.

We will update you as we can.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

Everything was up to date and working prior to this week.

In motion hosting looked at the issue and we deactivated each plugin to identify which ones were not working and it was the Post and Page Builder that is not working.

How do I proceed to get it fixed?

Is there a phone number to contact to better get this resolved?

    Hello-

Thanks for the updates. While we were working with InMotion Hosting we were able to determine that this issue was happening to several editor plugins, including Post and Page Builder, Elementor, Classic Editor, and others.

InMotion has let us know that they’ve deployed a fix for the issue now, and you should be able to publish your posts and pages normally again. Thanks for your report, and please let us know if there’s any more problems!
