    I just upgraded to premium, but don’t seem to have access to the premium suite. Rather, I am still in the one site free demo area.

    Saw the post about removing the old key, that is frankly impossible for a normal person to understand. Please tell me your company doesn’t throw a curve ball at your own customer, who you just got to upgrade!

    In some rare cases, the key value needs to be blanked out in the database so you are prompted for a new one next time you log in. Our guide provides instructions on how to edit the database with phpMyAdmin.
