Hi there,

We are trying to switch our license on the production environment http://www.capelli24.it.

When verifying the license, I get the following error:

The license key is correct but already in use on another site. See the FAQ for how to enable the Pro version in development mode.

I’ve just discovered that we are not using the following setup on our staging environment staging.capelli24.it.

define(‘W3TC_PRO_DEV_MODE’, true);

Could you please reset the active URL associated with this key?

Thank you for reaching out, and I am happy to help!
I’ve reset the active URL
Make sure to add the W3 Total Cache license to the prod website and save the settings.
Once added, add the constant to the dev environment, and re-save the license there
