Receiving an error on Cloud WP when attempting to create a WordPress install

    Hello,

    Every time I try a fresh WordPress install under Cloud WordPress I keep getting an error message.

    “OOPS! THAT’S NOT RIGHT.
    SOMETHING WENT WRONG.
    We’re sorry. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. Try again and see if this corrects your problem.”

    Any help would be appreciated to fix this. It’s been like this for an hour.

    Hi Carm,

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Cloud WP site installation. I think this could be an issue with PHP FPM or something similar. Could you copy/paste what you see in the URL bar into the forum here? That should tell us what the error is, it sounds like a 500 error of some sort.

    These are usually just temporary but we can certainly check it out for you.
