    We recently subscribed to W3 Total Cache Pro to explore its advanced features and evaluate the impact on our website’s performance. While we appreciate the range of options available, after thorough testing, we found that the Pro features did not deliver a significant improvement in our website’s performance compared to our expectations and requirements.
    As we are still within the 30-day trial period, I would like to kindly request a refund in accordance with your refund policy.

    You mentioned that the W3 Total Cache Pro did not meet your expectations and requirements. Being that the W3 Total Cache is the most complete optimization solution, and that the license key is enabled on the dev site, can you please share more information on what your expectations and requirements are so we can better understand what caused the refund request?
