The text for ‘Related Products’ is between the product photo and the title of the product and runs vertically. I have auto-update enabled on most things, so I don’t know when this happened, but definitely in the last couple of weeks. It’s on every product page.
I did some troubleshooting with BoldGrid on the WP forums. I disabled my plugins one by one with no success. So we assume it’s a glitch in the Diced theme. I don’t want to add CSS to my site. I’m not comfortable doing that.

Thanks for reaching out and thanks for using Diced WordPress theme with BoldGrid Post and Page Builder.
My first theory is your issue is most likely due to a recent update, either with the WordPress core itself or your WooCommerce plugin. Your Diced theme is considered one of our legacy themes and no longer receives the updates to keep up with ever changing WordPress and WooCommerce standards.
With that being said it could be extremely difficult to rearrange your elements without using at least some CSS. You could try using a plugin like WP Rollback to rollback a suspected conflicting plugin, theme, or WordPress core to a previous version to hopefully resolve the issue.

Sorry a response took so long! I’m in the middle of my busy season.
Thanks for the information. If I get Premium Support, will that transfer over to another theme? When my season is over, I’ll rebuild the site with a different theme that will hopefully stay updated.
If it doesn’t transfer, I’ll come back and ask how to add that CSS and then keep my fingers crossed. I can’t have any major problems right now.

Premium support will transfer over to any product created by BoldGrid. As long as your license key is registered and active you’ll have access to Premium support. It’s just meant to give our loyal customers a more personal level of support.
