Guestit appears the sticky header is forcing itself down on top of the webpage after two scrolls. This tag lights up: bgtfw-sticky-header site-header bgtfw-stick
The problem is that the header is filled with the entire webpage, so a big static version of the webpage obscures all the rest of the webpage.
When I try to use the WordPress Design Panel to change the header behavior, There is now a notification saying “Upgrade Crio to get additional display options for your header!” But this was always part of my account subscription with Dreamhost. How do we get this to work correctly?Second: I don’t see any way to reimplement an update to the Boldgrid plugins from the wp-admin page. I’m scared of messing with it, as I don’t want to dump the whole content of the website.
BoldGrid Support
KeymasterHello,
I don’t see a sticky header active on https://www.narrativeinfrastructure.org/blog/ – did you disable it for now? Do you happen to have a staged version of the site somewhere for testing? If you have your BoldGrid Key entered in wp-admin, you will have access to all features on your account. To access Crio Pro, you need to have the Crio Pro plugin active in addition to the Crio theme.
What kind of update are you trying to do with a BoldGrid plugin that you are unable to?
Thanks,
Nicole
