One more question for you: Can TotalUpkeep work with Storj? This is a decentralized S3 compatible service. I am going to use Total Upkeep and I’ll want to use Storj probably. With FileZilla, I think this can work. Thanks for your reply.

    Hi Annie,

Thanks for reaching out, we are more than happy to answer your Total Upkeep questions!

I’m not familiar with Storj itself, but you can also use Total Upkeep Premium for any S3-Compatible storage service.

You can set up your S3-Compatible storage service by navigating to Total Upkeep > Settings > Backup Storage and selecting the option to Configure DreamObjects. From there, you’ll just need your Access Key and Secret, as well as the hostname of your storage, and you’ll be able to store your backups there.

In order to change this for your backups, navigate to Total Upkeep > Settings > Backup Storage and click on the Update link next to FTP. From here, you’ll be able to change the connection type fro Auto to Passive. Also double-check that you’re using FTP and Port 21.

I hope this helps! Please don’t hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions for us.
