GuestI’m reaching out as the project lead for our ongoing implementation of W3 Total Cache on a high-traffic newspaper website.
Four days ago, our DevOps Manager submitted a detailed request regarding optimizing CDN invalidation for high-frequency content updates. As of today, we have not received a response, and I wanted to follow up directly given the priority of this matter for our client.
Our client holds a paid license for W3TC Pro, and this caching/CDN integration is a key component of their production deployment. As such, we are seeking a timely resolution to ensure anonymous users are served the most up-to-date content without incurring excessive AWS CloudFront invalidation costs.
If this requires premium support or a one-on-one consultation, we’re open to engaging under a paid support plan—please advise accordingly.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your guidance at the earliest.
