The Homepage image background Looks different or is cropped differently on Screens 15 inches and below compared to 17 inches and above. why is that and how do you fix that?

Thanks for reaching out and thanks for using Crio Pro WordPress theme!
From what I can tell it looks like your background image is set as a column and therefore not spanning the width the entire screen like you would like on larger screens. The image size seems to fit smaller screen sizes but gains more padding as the screen grows larger.
If you could switch to the “text” editor tab from your page builder and copy all the code you see there and paste it here in the forum we could take a look at the code directly and offer you a solution. If you feel comfortable sorting this out yourself you should be able to follow this guide on working with backgrounds in BoldGrid Post and Page Builder.

I have changed it before you had time to see my site. I’m trying different things. If I set the image as a background image it goes the whole width of the screen but it crops out the bottom and top of the image on screens 17 inches and bigger but looks fine on my screen which is 14 inches.
If I set the image as a regular image which is what you saw when you checked out my site, the image stays the same on all screens sizes which is great but it doesn’t go all the way to the end of the webpage, the way background image does.
so Both ways are giving me troubles.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
