THE LOCATION YOU REQUESTED DOES NOT EXIST error

    Hi, I accessed my site via the boldgrid account while I was still logged in. However, when I clicked the View Site icon it directed me to the THE LOCATION YOU REQUESTED DOES NOT EXIST page. Then, I accessed it through the log in icon next to it and entered my login details, the site loaded perfectly and directed me to my wordpress. Can you help as to why this happens?

    Hi Husna,

    Thanks for reaching out although I’m sorry you’re having trouble with your Cloud WordPress demo site.

    I took a look and the site is there however it appears that there is some sort of custom rule or redirect that is preventing it from loading. Taking a look it doesn’t appear that anything stands out as an issue. It might be good to delete that instance and create a new one freshly.
