    THIS IS MY THIRD REQUEST FOR HELP.

    I would like a refund for my W3 Total Cache 1 site license, as per your 30-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee. My website is fairly simple, and I have decided that the W3 Total Cache plugin is more than I need for my site and am using a different plugin. I have the plugin disabled, but have not deleted it yet. This is the third time I am sending this request. I have not heard from support at all yet.
