    i install the extension Total Cache Image Service but when i try to run it i get error message

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    I’ve checked your website and as I can see all the Images coming from your server are converted by W3 Total Cache and served as webp, all other images coming from the external server https://ae01.alicdn.com/ are not converted since W3TC cannot handle those images as they are not on your server.
    “Failed to retrieve a response. Please reload the page to try again.” this may happen on some occasions, and this depends on how many requests is the API server handling at the moment. The ajax requests you are trying every 10 sec or so and yes, this may cause the server resources to hit the limit on occasion.
    Please also note that the Pro users have the advantage when it comes to image conversion, and those requests are favored by the Server.
    images are being served as webp
