Total Upkeep Back up failure

Hi,

Total Upkeep is unable to successfully perform a backup on the site for onthecreekfilms.com.

This is the error returned:
Your backup failed, and we were unable to detect any fatal errors. This usually happens when your hosting provider kills a backup process using the “SIGKILL” signal.

I’ve checked hosting configuration and the issue is not related to limits of memory or “SIGKILL” commands.

I enabled the filelist logs and I couldn’t find any useful information.
