Hi,
I use Boldgrid through dreamhost. I’m trying to do a backup with Total Upkeep but have received this message:
Your backup failed, and we were unable to detect any fatal errors. This usually happens when your hosting provider kills a backup process using the “SIGKILL” signal.
Is this something you can help with?
Hi Karen,
Thanks for reaching out with your Total Upkeep questions. When your backup fails without error in this way it’s normally due to some limitation placed on the server by your web host. We had a similar topic a short while ago, can you review this link? I think it should help resolve your issue.
