Total Upkeep isn’t working for me. It crashes after a few seconds. What can I do? I have Premium.

The first thing to check is your backup logs to see if we can spot an error. Navigate to Total Upkeep > Tools > Logs and check your most recent log file. If you can copy and paste that here, we’ll be able to find out what’s going on for you and get you fixed up.
