We (True Value) purchased a 5-site license for W3TC and our renewal date is coming up. Unfortunately, an employee who previously worked for us had setup the account (Praveen Kumar Killivalavan). I do not know what email address was used. The site that I know for sure that the license is being used on is -removed-( an internal-only site in our network). It’s also possible the account may have been under -removed-
How can I transfer the license to another user /email so we can renew it through the portal?
