    Hello,

I am having trouble with saving a template that I designed. Every time I go to save it, I have received the error “Incomplete Data, value:: 1085”

    What does this even mean?

    Thanks very much!

    Hi Tim,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Post and Page Builder, could you please provide a bit more information so we can assist? What theme are you using on the site? It sounds like you created a custom template in the theme, but cannot save a page using that template from the editor, is that correct? Is the Premium version of Post and Page Builder also installed?

    Thanks,
    Nicole

Thanks for the response. Yes your understanding is correct. The theme we are using is Kingster. The premium version of Post and Page Builder is installed…

    Thanks for the help!

Thank you for sending us that information Tim!

That particular error message is not something that we have seen before and I am not sure exactly what it means, but we will do everything we can to help you troubleshoot this issue.

Does the error only occur when the Post and Page Builder is used for editing that page content or does it still happen when the plugin is deactivated?

It only happens when I go to save the template (not necessary the page after updating content). With that clarification, deactivating the plugin would not do any good in this case? Does this clarification of saving a page builder template change that original error code?

I have also encountered errors 1078 and 0.

    Hi Tim!

I’m not entirely sure about the templates you referred to in your previous post, are the templates a feature of the Kingster theme? If that is that case then it is possible that there is some kind of conflict created between our Post and Page Builder and the Kingster theme functionality. I looked through the Kingster marketing materials and it seems like that theme has its own integrated page builder, which suggests that there is some kind of incompatibility between the Kingster builder and ours.

I would try deactivating both the Post and Page Builder and its Premium extension to see if that helps mitigate the error messages you are getting.

It is also likely that the error codes you received are generated by the Kingster theme and contacting their support team with that information might provide some additional insight into what is creating those errors.

I hope that this helps you figure out the source of the errors you are seeing and please let us know if you have any other questions for us!
