    Hi,

    I sow you try to charge me today to expend license. My bank account blocked payment. I thought I removed my account as plugin is no longer required?

    I try to login on your website using my email and there is no account anymore which is ok as I requested removal but why try to charge me after removal?

    What I want:
    – No more card charges
    – Removal all of my data from your systems including payment info
    – Explanation why you try to charge me if I no longer have account with you?

    By ordering, you are agreeing to our complete Terms of Use. You authorize us to charge your card now and at the time of your renewal annually. You can cancel this subscription at any time by e-mailing customer-support@w3-edge.com.

    I’ve checked your subscription, canceled the renewal, and the invoice is pending, and the subscription is no longer active
