    Hello Support Team,
    I have recently purchased the W3 Total Cache Pro plugin from the w3-edge.com website. During the checkout process, I filled out the necessary information in the provided form. The email address associated with my purchase is –removed-. After completing the purchase, I received an email containing only the license key for the plugin. Additionally, the email included a link that, when clicked, displayed the license information.

    I have shared this information with our development team, but they are requesting the plugin source code zip file in order to install it on our website. I attempted to locate the login link on the w3-edge.com website, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find it. As a result, I clicked on the “Read More” button on the W3 Total Cache plugin link, which redirected me to https://www.boldgrid.com/w3-total-cache/. On this page, I found the login link, but upon entering my email, it did not recognize my login credentials. I am unsure of how to proceed with downloading the purchased pro version of the plugin. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated

    Hello Amanda,

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    There is no link to download the Pro version of the W3 Total Cache plugin and the license key, should be added to the existing W3 Total Cache installation
    Enter the license key in Performance>General settings, Licensing sub-box, license field, verify the license with the “verify license button” and save all settings.

    W3 Total Cache Pro should be active after these steps!
