I signed up for a premium subscription last week and now I’m trying to set up a BoldGrid account so I can get a connect key. That way, someone from our DevOps team can reach out to your tech support with a question.
Could you help me get it activated? The subscription was bought using the same email I’m using to submit this ticket.

You do not need to set up a Connect key in order to submit a support ticket.
Please reach out to us directly via the W3 Total Cache plugin in Performance>Support.
