    I just received a charge on my credit card with this description: “You made a $99.00 transaction with BoldGrid on Feb 9, 2026 at 12:33 AM ET.”

    I did not authorize this charge. I searched my email accounts and there are no results for Boldgrid. I looked at your Pricing Plans and none of them are $99.00.

    It is possible that I used a product of yours a long time ago, perhaps if you had a different company name then, or if it was under a company of mine that I have since closed.

    Regardless, I need to treat this charge as fraud. I will not report it to my bank if you please initiate a refund immediately, and respond to this message today, Monday, February 9, 2026.

    The last 4 digits of the card are 7336 and the name is Thomas Edwards.
