I recently noticed a charge from W3 EDGE LLC on my credit card, dated May 2nd, 2025 at 21:04:29 JST, in the amount of 14,874 JPY.
However, I have already canceled my WordPress site and am no longer using any related services, including W3 Total Cache or BoldGrid.
Could you please:
Confirm which service this charge was for,
Cancel any active subscriptions or auto-renewals, and
Refund this charge if possible?
