I have downloaded a BoldGrid backup to my computer from a previous demo. Now that I am using another BoldGrid demo, I am trying to upload the previous backup but get an error screen after a few seconds of loading. Can I upload a backup to another demo?
Thanks for the question about uploading a backup to your BoldGrid Demo. It depends on what versions you’re using when you made the backup. The BoldGrid backup may span different versions that do not allow you to restore your backup. Make sure you check the version you are using. As it is a demo, it most likely cannot be restored between two different version installations.
