What other steps can I take to troubleshoot the issue? Thanks in advance!BoldGrid Support
KeymasterHello,
Thank you for contacting BoldGrid support. The reason for testing if the home directory is writable is because the default backup location is there. But there’s an option to have the backup directory within the doc_root which should resolve the issue. Please let us know if this works!
Thanks,
Nicole P.
