hello, I was assigned as an admin of a website and I needed to reintegrate klaviyo to woocommerce. I was asked to disable W3T Cache. I did it and eventually the site ended in a W3 Total Cache crash. What to do? here’s the website: http://www.arthurave.com.au. now, i can no longer access it and it says W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/arthurave-s50mw/www.arthurave.com.au/public/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m happy to help!
Can you please confirm that the issue occurred once you disabled the W3 Total Cache?
If you have access to the server, possibly an FTP or a Cpanel, please manually delete the /wp-content/advanced-cache.php file and reload the website.
Are you able to reach out to the hosting support?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

This is related to the housing provider. The mentioned file advanced-cache.php needs to be deleted.
Is there any chance you can get the owner of the website to check this with the hosting provider?
I am not sure who is the hosting provider is as Cloudflare serves the website, however, if the issue occurred with the W3TC was disabled, it means that it was not disabled correctly or the hosting is not handling that as they should

Do you know who is the hosting provider for the website?
    Thanks!
