Hi There,
I ended up buying 2 subscriptions (65141 + 65142) for the same site. I had bought a license through your website and could not enable from my plugin. I then purchased another license through the plugin to get it working quicker. Unfortunately W3 is not compatible with my setup… May I have a refund please.

Hi, unfortunately my hosting provider has features that not compatible to W3 – I tried disabling all server side features but faced problems with my site. Also, I do use Woocommerce and know how difficult it can be to find, and implement a proper caching balance. We are not ready to fine tune the site again to fit in with our server-side features and W3 at the moment – but we do know what W3 can do for us well into the future and will take that into account as we build future sites – powerful, yes – just not for this use case.
