    Hi There,

    I upgraded to W3 Pro yesterday because my google speed test was showing that my site was SUPER slow (rating of 20). I read some articles and decided that upgrading to W3 Pro would solve it. I enabled some items and tried to figure it out. Then, my site went to a speed rating of 10. I reached out to my host (Site Ground) and they told me that they already provided all the features of W3 Pro and that it was creating issues. Apparently I had double the plugins on every important feature: Caching, Photo Resizing, HTTPS plugin, etc. So…. I need to cancel my W3 Pro account please. Would it be possible to get a refund since I was unable to use it?

    Hi Amanda-

    It’s no trouble to cancel the service and get you a refund. In order to do so, please contact our support team directly via your WordPress Dashboard, in Performance > Support > Billing Questions, or using our support contact form if you’ve already disabled the plugin.
