I’m sorry to hear about the error, I can see from the screenshot that it was very destructive to your site. Are you able to provide the full error message from the 500 you received so we can investigate for you?
In the meantime, you should try clearing all caches and check your manual minify settings to make sure they’re still accurate after updating your plugins, if you’re using manual minify.
