    I have purchased w3 total cache pro for my website rcmguide.com under payment# -redacted- and transaction ID -redacted-. Then I tried pasting license key under performance but its insisting me to purchase again. could you please help on this asap.

    W3 total cache plug-in is not supporting my website theme, could please cancel the subscription and refund back the amount. I have already raised the issue with billing team under WordPress dashboard W3 plug-in…
