I was mostly pleased with W3 Total Cache product however I am using the Divi theme and the hamburgers on mobile kept getting locked up. I am not using the plug in and would like to request a refund. Please Advise?
I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t able to overcome the issues with your mobile menus.
In order to request a refund for W3 Total Cache, please use the Performance > Support section of your admin menu, and select the option for Billing Support.
