    Hi,

I’m a free version user of W3 Total Cache. Hope you could give me some insights.

My site uses a 3rd party plugin, Yith Request A Quote. It enables us to send price quotes to customers, who can accept and pay for the quote.
Sometimes there is a big time gap between accepting a quote and actually paying, as the customer could log off, close the browser, log back in after a period, and then make payment, as shown in the image below:
    Customer clicks Pay Now

Before installing W3 Total Cache, clicking Pay Now will lead to the cart/checkout page. However, after installing W3 Total Cache, it goes into the empty cart page as follows:
    Empty cart

I tried different settings of W3 Total Cache without success. Can you kindly take a look and give me some insights? Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jason

    Hello Jason,

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
As per woocomerce suggestion, those pages should be excluded from Page Caching and minify.
This being said, you can exclude any pages from being Cached or minified by adding them to the W3 Total Cahe exclusion:
    Page Cache:
In Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>Never Cache following pages field, add /cart/ and /checkout/ – save all settings and purge the cache

    Minify:
In Performance>Minify>Advanced>Never Minify following pages field, add /cart/ and /checkout/ – save all settings and purge the cache

Let me know if this helps!

    Thanks!

    Hello Marko,

Thanks for your reply. I made the changes but the problem remains.
Would it be possible for you to check our wp backend?

    Let me know, thanks!

    Best regards,
    Jason

By the way, I’m very new to W3 Total Cache and WordPress overall.
    We use Cloudflare CDN. ^_^
