    Hi,

    I am an ex-customer, I no longer have an account and all payments have been cancelled. Either somebody is impersonating you and taking funds fraudulently or you are doing so by mistake or otherwise.

    After emailing you 9no response given), I have had £90.82 taken from my account, stating that it’s Paypal *W3 Edge LLC. I have no such transaction showing on Paypal. This has come from my card ending -removed-.

    Please respond as tomorrow I will be contacting my bank and claiming fraudulent payment.

    I’ve checked the W3TC support channel and there are no emails of this kind sent from you. Can you reach out to us directly via the website contact form, and provide information about your subscription so I can check the status?
    Please share the latest invoice, license key or the email used to subscribe to W3 Total Cache Pro so I can check the subscription.
