WebP Converter is Processing…

    After enabling webp conversion with total cache, it keeps showing “processing.” If the conversion is successful, will it automatically change the format extension of the original image to webp? I see that there is an automatically generated nginx.conf file in the root directory of the site. I have already included these files in the nginx configuration file. Could you please check if the image extensions of the blog are automatically changed to webp?

    All images converted with the W3 Total Cache Image Service tool are sent to a third-party server maintained by the W3 Total Cache team which reduces resource consumption and allows for a large number of conversions in environments where resources can be limited such as shared hosting. Images sent to the W3TC server for conversion are only held temporarily and no permanent information is kept on the server regarding the images.

    WebP optimizations with the Image Service tool do not replace the original image file, and all conversions can be reverted without any loss of data.
    W3TC uses rewrite rules to serve images to webp, so the extension is not changed.

    However, I am not seeing the WEBP rules added by the W3TC, so it seems like the webp is not enabled as you mentioned, based on the active settings.
    Can you please double check it the webp extension is active?
