    Hi there,

    After updating the post and page builder plugin yesterday, my homepage stopped loading. When I go to WP-admin everything seems to be working but when I visit the site externally, just the main popup loads and after it shows only the bottom part of the page. If I use the “visit site” option in WordPress-admin it also only loads the bottom of the page. I did not make a backup of my site before updating the plugin. Please advise on how I can fix this problem. Website link:

    Thank you for reaching out, I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue after updating BoldGrid Post and Page Builder for WordPress.

    I have a theory, as a test can you temporarily disable the Popup Maker plugin you use for your initial verification. I think something in the JavaScript is causing the page not to load properly.

    I also suggest refreshing your permalinks and clearing any cache you have associated with your website (including browser cache and any server side caching agents).

    Thank you for your reply Brandon. After disabling all plugins and activating them one by one I found the problem. I had the Jetpack Boost plugin active and after disabling it, the site seems to work fine again.

    Hi Marinus,

    Happy you were able to find the problematic plugin. Jetpack has been known to defer certain scripts and cause issues after plugin updates.
