    Good afternoon! I’m attempting to get a hold of my connect key – to enable boldgrid on some additional pages on my site – and I’m being returned back to a login form. When I attempt to sign-in, it tells me that my account has not been setup completely, and to follow the directions in the Welcome to Boldgrid email.

    I haven’t received this yet, and have attempted to resend it today multiple times.

    Any idea how to complete the setup process alternatively?

Could you send a message to support@boldgrid.com to get in touch with our support team directly? That will allow us to get any additional verification information we might need to get your account set up without exposing any potentially sensitive data.
