Hi Jesse and everyone at BoldGrid,

I am testing out your plugin and setting up some email filtering based on subject line.

If a back up does not complete for any reason, what to does the email subject line look like? I want to filter the email based on the generic error part of the backup error email subject line (so I can filter all errors regardless what the error actually is).

An example of a failed site check email subject line would be good too.

I have just started using your plugin and (thankfully) all backups have been successful and .

    Thanks,
    Paul.

    Hi Paul,

Thanks for reaching out, and thanks for using the using Total Upkeep for your website backups.

In the case of a failed backup the email subject line will read “Failed Site Check” or “Backup Failed“.  Specifically, A Site Check Failed for [website url] or Backup failed for [website url].

You should be able to use that subject line tag to filter all errors pertaining to backups.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you need any further assistance.
