I’ve read several of the support docs that reference a section called, ‘Never cache the following pages’, but where is it? I need to exclude the /wc/v3/* path from cache so the WooCommerce API will still work, but I can’t find anywhere to enter exclusions.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
The “Never Cache following Pages” field is in the Performance>Page Cache>Advanced section of the W3 Total Cache plugin.
Once in the Performance>Page Cache, scroll down to advanced and there you can find the “Never Cache following Pages” option.
Can you please share if you are using the DB caching option in W3 Total Cache?
    Thanks!

Thank you for the reply. I actually found the setting right after I sent the previous question.

I entered the string ‘/wc/v3/*’ in the ‘Never cache the following pages’ field. I also ensured that REST API is set to ‘Don’t cache’. However, WooCommerce API connections are still not working.

Yes, I do have database caching turned on. Can I assume from your question that I should turn that off?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.
Can you please disable the database cache if enabled and see if the issue persists?
If the issue is gone re-enable DB Cache and add /wc/v3/* to “Never cache the following pages:” under the “Database Cache” section, save all settings and purge the cache.
    I hope this helps.
    Thanks!
