GuestI got billed $99 for BoldGrid on 5/23/25 and I have no idea as to why. I closed down my website and corresponding email over two years ago. I never remember subscribing to any of your premium services. I tried logging in to BoldGrid Central, but it doesn’t recognize my current email listed in my information for this submittal or the email associated with the site that I no longer have access to. InMotion researched, could not locate, and referred me to this site. If I do not hear anything back, I will move forward with reporting this as a fraudulent transaction.

Thank you for contacting W3 Total Cache support.
When the W3 Total Cache Pro was purchased and when you subscribed to the Pro version, you accepted the terms and conditions, specifically section 12.2 Automatic Renewal of Premium Subscription Plans https://www.w3-edge.com/policies/. This means that you were notified about the auto-renewals, as you can see in the screenshot
The ” Renewal Reminder ” email was sent to the email address used to subscribe to W3 Total Cache Pro, (Your first name @ the website name) one week prior to the renewal of the license on May 16, 2025 12:24 AM EDT. This email has a link to manage your subscription, and you were able to cancel the upcoming renewal.Do you want me to cancel any further renewals of the subscription?

GuestThank you for your quick response. Yes, please go ahead and cancel my subscription. I shutdown my website over a year ago and no longer have access to the WP website or the email associated with it.
