Why can’t I post a comment to an answer to a previous question?

I had posted a question earlier. I received an answer and tried the suggestion. It didn’t seem to work. I tried to offer a comment to provide more information, and an error message popped up stating that the comment could not be posted. What do I need to do on my end to be able to post the additional CSS information for you to review? Thank you.

Sorry for the problem with the comments. I talked with our BoldGrid support team and they said to try it once more. It should be working now.
