I selected the form I wanted to configure the email address for, but the emails still go to my personal email rather than my business email. Thank you for contacting us about issues updating your Email address in WPForms. It is set to send to the “admin email” by default, but should allow you to update the address as described in our guide. In our tests, the emails are being sent successfully to the address we added. Ensure you are saving the changes after adding your email address. Check your email logs at the time of your submissions for errors or forwarders. Try disabling your 3rd party plugins except for BoldGrid/WPForms, to see if one is interfering.
