Users are signing up for my website, and appearing under the “Users” tab in Boldgrid as ‘contributors’. A.) How are they accessing my page with my “Maintenance Mode” plugin preventing access without being logged in and B.) Where are they physically signing up on my site – AFAIK I haven’t set that function up yet? Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your question about users signing up for your website while it is in maintenance mode. It is possible that bots may be accessing your ‘sign up’ page, or pages directly. Also, it may be that a webcrawler may be crawling pages that are still accessible, and making the other pages visible in search results. I would recommend contacting the WordPress community at http://wordpress.org/support for more assistance with this as well.
